Currently developing a comprehensive asset register information system with asset register, maintenance strategy and Complete Spares record for all the Sewage treatment plants, Pumping stations and Treated effluent Network. RAMIS Cataloguing for SABIC Industries

RAMIS Catalogue Management Module is a unique, world first, software tool for catalogue management in e-commerce and ERP systems. This powerful yet easy to use system provides for the creation of a standardised catalogue that can be effectively used for the management of the inventory catalogue master of any ERP system and for e-commerce content management. RAMIS Catalogue Management Module can be deployed on an e-commerce portal.

EDV & WD Data Cleansing & Enrichment –PDO & SABIC

Successfully completed a project on Data Cleansing & Enrichment of buying description for OEM and general items amounting to 600,000 line items for SABIC, Saudi Arabia. This exercise was carried out by conducting physical walk-downs for getting the buying description by physical inspection of the items and for the already catalogued items through Electronic Data verification on off-shore basis through our associate PSPL, Hyderabad.

In the same way for all the project materials of PDO, all the buying description enhancement were done with reference to CMT by physical walk-down exercise. Also for all the materials code missing items, SAP code were allocated, by referring SAP-MM module.

S-RCM PDO

Successfully completed a mega project on RCM analysis for all the South and North assets of PDO. Based on RCM the maintenance strategies of all assets were reviewed and new strategies were suggested. Maintenance craft procedures and man-hours were completely revised.

SAP - TLR PDO

Successfully completed a project on Complete SAP-PM Task-list rationalization for all the assets of PDO South and North. Hofincons was awarded with Shukhran awards and merit recognition certificates for the efficient and timely completion of the project.
