Hofincons Associates Ltd (HAL) was founded in the year 1980
in the United Kingdom to cater the needs of Technical &
Industrial Asset Management for process industry at a global
level. Right from the inception, HAL had been providing Coding
& cataloguing and material management services to Shell
International Petroleum Maatschppij BV, The Netherlands and
its operating companies worldwide.
Hofincons Associates Ltd (HAL) established, Hofincons International
FZE (HIFZE), in the Jebel Ali Free Zone, Dubai, U.A.E, in
the year 1995 and Hofincons & Co.llc with a reputed Omani
business group with Omanis holding major shares in the Sultanate
Of Oman in the year 1999.

Hofincons & Co.llc acquired all the Asset Management Business
interests of HAL and HIFZE in the year 2001 to offer the industrial
asset management services to clients worldwide in general
and Middle East in Particular.
